You will report directly into the Senior Manager of Global Brand & Marketing team, working alongside internal business development team and external parties to deliver various activities including marketing collaterals, product literature, content development, branding exercises as well as marketing & promotion campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, utilizing insights to refine marketing approaches.
  • Lead Generation: Design and execute campaigns to generate qualified leads through various channels, including email marketing, content marketing, and trade shows.
  • Project Management: Utilise strong project management skills to oversee multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. This includes defining project scope, setting timelines, coordinating resources, and tracking progress.
  • Packaging Expertise: Collaborate with printers and design houses to develop packaging solutions that enhance product visibility and appeal. Ensure that all packaging aligns with branding and marketing strategies.
  • Copywriting and Content Creation: Develop compelling copy for various marketing materials, that resonate with target users.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, using metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.

Qualifications

  • Possessed Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Branding/ International Business/ Mass Communication or similar relevant field
  • A minimum of 3 years (Senior Brand & Marketing Executive) and a minimum of 5 years (Assistant Brand & Marketing Manager) of experience in B2B marketing or related roles.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for B2B products or services.
