The Account Assistant supports the finance team by handling daily financial transactions, processing invoice, reconciling accounts and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. This role requires accurancy, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements reports.
  • Process invoices, payments and expense reports.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and prepare necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g, Quickbooks, Xero)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
