  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are currently hiring for a Design Manager/ Assistant Design Manager position for an award-winning leader in the Greentech engineering field, based in Selangor. This company is currently conducting one of Malaysia's largest hybrid solar photovoltaic power plant.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers and draughtsmen.
  • Conduct site surveys to ensure cost-effective solar/renewable energy solutions that adhere to standards.
  • Design Solar PV systems, including electrical circuit diagrams, switchboards, control panels, and cable routing plans.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Project, Quantity Surveyor, Procurement, and Licensing Teams to ensure timely project completion and optimal performance.
  • Enforce engineering standards and design principles for high-quality, safe, and innovative projects.
  • Drive the complete cycle of Solar PV system design, from site assessment to technical proposals.
  • Involve in research and development of new renewable energy technologies.
  • Provide technical recommendations based on site conditions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by immediate superiors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power major) or equivalent.
  • Experience in LSS projects the Solar Energy Industry is a must.
  • Proven engineering leadership experience in design and management.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Independent, self-initiated, responsible, and committed.
