Responsibilities:
- Assisting in general administrative functions.
- Handle and streamline invoicing, quotations, correspondents, and payment activities for JMB & APMSB.
- Handles staff and facilities vendor schedule, duty roster, leave records, etc
- Maintenance and follow-up of documents.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required by her superior.
- Coordinating insurance claims and documentation
- Assist the JMB, AGM or EGM in document preparation
- Assist in preparation of monthly account for JMB
Requirements:
- Possess good interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate with all levels of management; energetic; assertive and able to achieve bottom line result
- Proficient in both spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate, must be able to work with Microsoft Office & SQL accounting system
- Encourage to have experience in similar position
- Able to work under pressure to meet datelines
