Responsibilities
- Ability to lead and drive team to deliver following :
- Drive global process alignment and standardization, with adoption of network Best Known Method ( BKMs)
- Handle change of implementation of new process/equipment/material which includes process specification, training material, and SOP.
- Ensuring, monitoring and optimization of business processes with regards to efficiency and effectiveness.
- Define and drive global metrics to align on standardization efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in any Manufacturing Environment and 3 years of experience in leadership role.
- Knowledge in Semi-conductor industry, with preference to PCBA- manufacturing
- Knowledge of FMEA, QCP, lean manufacturing is advantageous.
- Able to manage a team and work independently with less job supervision.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multi-functional teams and collaborators..
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and lead teams
