We are looking for someone with an integrated brand & project marketing background. You would have at least 3 years of experience; preferably in property development, communication or digital marketing.

The successful candidate will assist in planning, coordinating and executing l marketing campaigns, marketing collaterals, as well as project wareness campaigns and performance tracking and research.

We seek a candidate that is self-motivated, proactive, energetic, resourceful and solutions-oriented and is able to perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Having great time management skills, results-driven, have a high level of accountability and good team player.

Requirements:

  • Plan, coordinate and execute regional campaigns which involve but are not limited to creative-brief writing, media and demand planning, and go-to-market strategy with careful monitoring of effectiveness after. You will need to analyse the results of marketing activities and present findings and recommendations.
  • A clear understanding of how to plan an end-to-end marketing campaign: from brief writing, timeline planning, providing clear feedback to creatives, collaborating with other teams (PR, Media, Product, Legal) to campaign performance tracking.
  • Attention to detail and familiarity with brand and campaign marketing materials execution. Coordinate production of high-quality marketing collaterals by using internal resources and external vendors and contractors.
  • A can-do attitude: able to follow through with the end-to-end execution and optimisation of the campaigns that you are leading, and to adapt to obstacles/changes you might encounter
  • Well-versed in digital advertising tools and software, able to construct simple digital campaign postmortem/performance reports.
  • Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Optimizing content for publication across various social media sites.
  • To ensure digital marketing campaigns are delivered on time in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to SEO campaigns, paid digital ads, PPC campaigns, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Report and oversee the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and identify potential opportunities for improvement via trend analysis and data-driven decision-making.
  • Solid knowledge in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Facebook Advert Manager, and Linked Ads Manager.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and video editing and possessing written communication skills for producing high-quality content will be an added advantage.
  • Good command of English & Mandarin in both written and spoken.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to work weekends, public holidays and willing to work on rotation basis and perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
  • Possess own transport, willing to travel occasionally and commute between two locations, Permas Jaya and Mount Austin.
