  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Compass Consulting & Services is a dynamic firm specializing in finance consultation, business school, business strategy, and accounting services. We work closely with micro-enterprises to enhance their market presence and operational efficiency.

We are looking for a Dynamic Junior/Senior Digital Marketer Expert to develop and execute marketing strategies to increase lead generation, awareness and engagement for our business school sector.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, XHS, TikTok).
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads on various platform. (Meta Ads, etc).
  • Create and edit engaging video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and trainer IPs video.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a social way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Coordinate and manage events, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media strategy and content creation.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts and developing engaging content.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Experience in organizing and managing events is preferred.
  • Experience in Video & Graphic Editing (Canva, Capcut, JianYing, etc)
  • Chinese candidates are preferred due to the nature of our content being predominantly in Chinese. Fluency in English communication is an added advantage
