Role Description :

Responsible for reporting Inventory and managing the Shipment at Siti Khadijah Group including ensuring reports are accurate. Ensuring Siti Khadijah Group has a optimal stock. The Inventory Analysis & Shipment Executive will play a crucial role in reviewing, analyzing and ensuring the operation is carried out in a smooth and organized manner by closely monitoring & controlling raw material and finished goods inventory levels and scheduling production according to forecast.

Job Descriptions :

  1. Inventory reconciliation and preparations of monthly closing Siti Khadijah Nusantara. Ensure all inventory and stock movements are maintained accurately, within the agreed parameters and in a timely manner.
  2. Monitor the ageing Job Order (JO), Stock Transfer from location to other location, Item Assembly (IA) and Open Purchase Order (OPO).
  3. Analyze slow moving or non-moving inventory - to obtain exposure claim or clean up from system.
  4. Analyze inventory data and generate reports to track inventory levels, usage and trends.
  5. Plan physical Audit Inventory for Siti Khadijah Nusantara. Preparation and planning annual audit stock take dates.
  6. Prepare audit inventory report to stakeholder & Finance Department. Follow up on the stock variances & work with the stakeholder to review major stock discrepancies, reconciliation and adjustments approval.
  7. Develop and implement stock movement from Warehouse Depok to Production for monitoring the conversion the Raw Material to Semi Finished Goods or Finished Goods.
  8. Developing reports and other tools to support inventory control initiatives.
  9. Analyze and identify excess & obsolete (E&O) inventory. Work with the operations team to ensure excess inventory is correctly disposed of and transacted off the system. Review scrap, write off, disposal and stock adjustments submitted by location owners.
  10. Compute and analyze cost data to maintain accurate records of costing and expenditures.
  11. Analyzes cost variance analysis and compares actual to system standards for both material and labor.
  12. Monitor & prepare the process of shipment begin with the suppliers in way of the incoterms used, completed shipping documents and the schedule of ETD/ETA Shipment.
  13. Ensure the calculation are accurate for SST (Sales and Services Tax) for Malaysia & Singapore and PEB (Pemberitahuan Export Barang) & NPE (Nota Pelayaran Exports) for SKN.
  14. Maintain & prepare the reports on incoming shipment & cost incurred in every product delivered in the internal database.

Requirements :

  • Degree in any relevant field.
  • Knowledge of SQL, ERP and Post System will be added as an advantage.
  • Min 3 years' experience in a Inventory Control, Procurement, Shipment & Warehouse Operations and Logistics.
  • Accounting knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Able to work in a face-pace and dynamic environment.
  • Good in time management & teamwork.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge in Supply Chain & Inventory Management.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills and meticulous.
