作为客服专员,您需要通过多渠道方式(通话,平台信息,邮件)为顾客/用户答疑解惑。此工作岗位主要负责台湾,香港,新加坡,以及中国市场。
工作内容:
工作地点:Petaling Jaya, KL Sentral, Maluri, Cyberjaya, Kelana Jaya 等等 (公共交通直达)
工作时间:一天工作8小时,一星期工作5天
薪资:月薪 + 绩效奖金 + 晚班津贴 (取决于面试表现,学历,工作经验)
应聘需求:
学历 - SPM All Passed或以上 (SPM, Diploma, Degree等…)
经验 - 无需相关经验 (提供专业带薪培训)
语言 - 中文&英文 (粤语=加分项)

职责与责任:
⁃ 通过通话,系统聊天及邮件处理顾客所提出的与产品相关的疑问
⁃ 根据情况提供高效与准确的解决方案
⁃ 更近客户疑问 确保疑问成功解决
⁃ 准确记录受理顾客的申请业务,投诉电话及投诉内容
⁃ 对工作所需的工具,资源,程序,指导方针提供有助于提高往后客户满意度并且有建设性的意见

Position Summarize:
Customer Service helps company customers/users with their inquiries through inbound calls, chats, and mails focusing on Taiwan/Hong Kong/Singapore/CH market. Therefore, we are seeking for candidates who are well-verse in Mandarin and English is compulsory. Proficient in Cantonese is a plus point.
Job Details:
• Working location: Petaling Jaya, KL Sentral, Cyberjaya, Kelana Jaya etc.
• Working hours: 5 days per week, 9 hours per day, shift-based.
• Salary: Basic+ KPI+ shift allowance (Based on interview performance, education qualification, and working experience)
inclusive EPF, SOCSO, EIS, ANNUAL LEAVE, MEDICAL LEAVE
Requirements:
• Education- SPM and above (SPM, Foundation, Diploma, Degree etc)
• Experience is not required. (But Free & Professional Training are provided)
• Language(s)- Mandarin, English (Cantonse is a plus)
• with customer service, experience is an advantage (chance to gain higher basic salary)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Handle inbound/outbound enquiries, feedback and provide resolutions to customers over the phone, email or via chat relating to renowned product.
-Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel.
-Manage customer escalations and ensure that these are answered, tracked, and escalated as required.
-Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience.
-Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied.
-Provide a high level of professionalism and competent customer service.
-Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner.
