  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Accounting and Finance perspectives:

  • Processing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and incoming payments including reconciliation.
  • Daily accounting operations, verifying and communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial data reported, in compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform monthly closing, producing timely and accurate management account and analysis for management review.
  • Liaise with auditors and tax agents with related matters.
  • To assist in the tax planning and compliance matters.
  • Project periodically review, analysis and cash flow estimation.
  • Handle bank-related transactions including monitoring of bank balances.

2. To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

  • At least Advance diploma, preferably Degree/Professional Qualification
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Familiar with computerized accounting system.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications.
  • Able to handle full set of accounts and consolidation is an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently and within deadlines.
  • Fast learner with a positive working attitude.
