Key Responsibilities: -

  • To conduct feasibility studies and competitor’s analysis prior to sales launch.
  • To plan and implement sales strategies to meeting Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales target of the Group.
  • To ensure all SPA, loan agreement, other sale related documents are executed correctly within timelines, comply to SOPs and updated timely in sales system.
  • To achieve group sales target for all the projects assigned.
  • To formulate and conduct pricing strategies.
  • To monitor and track sale processes and to ensure sales are closed within the stipulated period.
  • Able to generate and provide timely sales report to monitor/track performance of the team.
  • To oversee, train, motivate and ensure efficiency of sales team, agents, staff and set sales KPIs, quotas and programs to achieve highest sales.
  • To gather and analyse customer feedback to improve Company’s property products.
  • To ensure a high quality of pre and post sales services.
  • To ensure the sales gallery operation are maintain in good order, functional and clean.
  • Able to work closely with marketing team on lead generation and promotional campaigns.

Key Requirements: -

  • Diploma & above in related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in sales related to property is an added advantage.
  • Prior sales experience or has good numerical skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in Property sales for high-rise units is preferred.
  • Strong communicator and lead team to achieve targets.
  • Fluent in Bahasa/English & Chinese; Mandarin fluency is preferred to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
