Job Description :

• Carry out security site surveys on new businesses and ongoing businesses including C360 Deposita machine when required.
• Respond and assist the branch in any defect reported until the issues are closed.
• Update the BTS and MSP information and necessary files consistently.
• To conduct covert and overt surveillance on ATM and CIT teams during day and night shift.
• To conduct surprise body checks at servicing sites and CPC against crews, vault officers and cashiers.
• Standby during weekends to attend and assist emergency cases or incidents when needed.
• To perform monthly or random physical security inspection and surveillance on branches nationwide.
• Carry out periodic vehicle inspection at Petaling Jaya branch on security systems and equipment.
• To conduct ATM site count locally when required
• Retrieve and download CCTV recordings of armoured vehicles and perform functionality and compliance checks.
• To conduct ATM/CDM cash count at Petaling Jaya branch and achieve the targeted hits.
• Perform periodic drug testing to targeted staff and ensure appropriate action is taken against alleged suspects.
• All tasks carried out must be supported and evident with related pictures, videos and reports based on the guidelines and instruction outlined by your Superior.
• Conduct and support cash loss Investigation when required.
• Support the NSC department during week days and weekends when required by the Management.
• To perform other special tasks related to security as required by the Manager

Personal Qualities:

• Possess own transport and able to travel at least for a week.
• Willing to work in shift (day/night) when required.
• Able to support another operational unit when short of manpower.
• Able to present solutions in written and oral reports.
• Pleasant attitude and personality and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Formal Education : Possess at least a Diploma in any field
Experience: Fresh graduated or with at least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position
