Corporate Finance Manager/Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Involve in origination, structuring and execution of corporate proposals, such as corporate and capital restructuring, funds raising exercise, initial public offering, merger and acquisition, etc.
• Coordinate and monitor the execution of corporate proposals whilst maintaining good relationships with clients, legal advisors, auditors and relevant authorities for all corporate proposals.
• Prepare documents for submission to relevant authorities for corporate proposals.
• Attend to queries from relevant regulatory authorities and coordinate with other professionals.
• Attend to any other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Possess a recognized degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, Economics or any relevant degree from a recognized university. Candidates with professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CA would have an added advantage.
• Possess minimum 5 years of working experience in investment banking, corporate finance, auditing or any other related field.
• Good analytical skills for market and research data and detailed-oriented in the review of documentation and verification of information.
• Good English writing skills as well as communication skills to liaise with external parties involved in the corporate proposals.
• Willing to work long hours and within tight deadlines.
• Highly driven, independent, able to multitask and demonstrate good communication and presentation skills.
