About Vircle

Vircle (short for Visible Circle) is Malaysia's 1st Family Finance App, designed to help parents guide their children into the world of cashless and digital banking in a safe, controlled environment. With a focus on parental oversight and financial education, we believe every child should learn money management before adulthood. We provide a comprehensive solution for a school's every transactional need, from ECA/CCA bookings to meal plan selection. We also operate Malaysia’s 1st Child-Safe Prepaid Card.

As the leading provider of cashless platform services in Malaysia’s private and international education sector, Vircle is proud to serve over 105,000 parents and children. We're looking to expand aggressively into the public school school sector to become the market leader in the nation. We're seeking a skilled Government Relations Specialist to drive collaboration with schools, key government entities and regulatory bodies to drive Vircle implementation in these schools.

Role Overview

You’ll champion Vircle's mission and products, working closely with government officials, education policymakers, and public sector stakeholders to position Vircle as a key player in advancing financial literacy and digital transformation in schools. Your efforts will directly influence the company’s expansion into the public education sector - impacting Vircle's growth directly.

  • Secure approvals, licenses, and regulatory compliance to facilitate Vircle’s entry into public schools nationwide.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, legal) to tailor Vircle’s offerings in line with government requirements and school needs.
  • Represent Vircle at public sector events, meetings, and forums to enhance brand visibility and strengthen partnerships.

Desired Traits

  • Proven experience in government relations, public policy, or regulatory affairs, preferably within the education or fintech sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the Malaysian public education system and government structures.
