Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customers’ enquiries including quotations, order status and delivery schedules promptly. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Coordinate with Production / Warehouse / QC to meet customer's needs.
  • Follow up on sales order, shipment and payment status.
  • Report to Business Unit Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably both spoken and written in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
  • 2 years Sales Coordinator working experiences
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with different people
