Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customers’ enquiries including quotations, order status and delivery schedules promptly. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Coordinate with Production / Warehouse / QC to meet customer's needs.
- Follow up on sales order, shipment and payment status.
- Report to Business Unit Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably both spoken and written in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
- 2 years Sales Coordinator working experiences
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with different people
- Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply
