JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop and execute business strategies for Malaysia's ICT partners and ecosystem development, build a sustainable partnership system, and create a sound ICT Channel ecosystem. Drive end-to-end capability improvement for partners in ICT infrastructure converged solutions to achieve business success.

1. Develop the overall partner development strategy and business plan, and build and improve the partner system and cooperation mode.

2. Develop policies and processes for partners, release and explain procedures and techniques, and implement and monitor policies and processes internally.

3. Develop, nurture, motivate, and support partners, manage external order and internal control processes, and achieve rapid and healthy development of the partner system.

4. Build partner competence centres and training platforms to support frontline operations and partner transformation fully.

JOB REQUIREMENT:
• Minimum two years working experience in Channel Sales.

• Candidate must possess a diploma or SPM in a relevant field.

• Direct sales experiences with an account or partner approach will be a plus.

• I know ICT Infrastructure converged, M&E business trends; I have experience working with Enterprise Channel Partners.

• Ability to work in and adapt to a multi-cultural environment.
