  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Assist in the collection of developer commissions, ensure timely payments.
  • Prepare and verify with developer for commission claim and issue billing on time.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all receivable's transactions.
  • Follow up with developers regarding overdue payments and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly AR aging reports to Credit Control Manager.
  • Reconcile AR Ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to support monthly financial reporting and analysis.
  • Any ad-hoc duties are required from time to time by superior.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree Graduate.
  • 1-2 years of Account Receivable (AR) experience OR Fresh Graduates are encouraged!
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
