Assist in develop and implement comprehensive client acquisition strategies, leveraging the advantages of the industrial park and the company to actively expand the client base. Engage with clients proactively and provide insightful project presentation, especially to Chinese clients. Assist in customer information management, market/product research, and marketing as per department priorities and ensure detailed documentation. Coordinate in sales progress, addressing client concerns, and assist in the signing of agreements between clients and the company. Regularly submit professional and data-driven industrial real estate reports, assist in providing insights from market research to support major company decisions. Assist in establish and maintain extensive connections with industry associations, intermediary agencies, and marketing networks to uncover and expand business opportunities. Accompany clients’ on-site visits at Kuantan and provide project presentation. Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
