Job Summary :

The position of Executive, Integrity is to support the initiatives and activities of the Integrity Department by contribute and assist the Head of Integrity Department in the development, implementation, and promotion of Integrity Department core functions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and review of Integrity Department policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Monitor the implementation Organisation Anti-Corruption Plan 2023-2027.
  • Monitor organisation adherence to the MS ISO 37001:2016 Anti Bribery Management Systems.
  • Conduct Integrity Screening (EsTK) to evaluate the potential candidate of employment via SPRM channel.
  • Conduct research for the formulation of Integrity Department policies.
  • Facilitate training and awareness programmes of Integrity Department.
  • Assist in creating communications to promote integrity initiatives across the organisation.
  • Support the design and delivery of training sessions on ethical practices and compliance.
  • Manage the complaints received through the whistleblower platform.
  • Maintain the confidential reporting channels and assist in managing the incoming reports of unethical behavior.
  • Aid in investigations by gathering information and collection of documents.
  • Assist in monitoring compliance with internal and external regulations through audits and evaluations.
  • Secretariat for the Whistleblower Advisory Committee and Investigation Task Force.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or the equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in integrity, governance, compliance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • A self-motivated individual with good interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with all levels of staff.
  • Able to work independently and willing to take on new challenges in promoting values concerning integrity.
  • Analytical, KPI and results-oriented person, and teamwork.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information and preserve company confidential information.
  • Ethical and professional.
