Job Responsibilities:

Marketing - BTL

  • Assist in creating , implementation and developing annual marketing plan.
  • Managing the relationship with the BTL agencies.
  • Planning & supervising the seasonal On Ground Activations & Promotions.
  • Manage events including planning and executing Events & Exhibitions.
  • Draft and execute specific marketing programs according to above plan.
  • Understand marketing and commercial sectors objectives and constraints and translate these into relevant action sheets & marketing briefs.
  • Monitoring market activities (competitors).
  • Designing and implementing POS materials.
  • Responsible for preparing and arranging our projects Launch plans.
  • Prepare reports, specifications and creative briefs.

Marketing - ATL

  • Managing the relationship with the advertising agencies and vendors.
  • Assist in creating , implementation and developing annual marketing plan.
  • Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop draft advertising text and layouts as part of campaign materials.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams also with PR agencies, creative agencies, Media planning & buying agencies, digital agencies, and production suppliers to produce effective Marketing Campaigns.
  • Handling all Media suppliers, including Outdoor activities, also Media booking agencies according to the Media Plans.
  • Responsible for all communication tools with clients (ex: leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, brochures, rollups,…) in terms of layout design, data and visuals.
  • Monitoring market activities (competitors).
  • Participate in drafting Marketing plan & media plans, etc.
  • Draft and execute specific marketing programs according to above plan.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Experience in Media Buying is preferred
  • Experience in Offline Marketing and Campaigns
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • More than two (2) years of relevant experience in offline marketing planning.
  • Have a good sense of vision, text, creativity, and aesthetics.
  • Have good communication skills, be able to work and execute tasks independently, and ensure the efficient completion of assigned tasks.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and accept high-challenge work styles.
