  • To assist superior for the planning, execution and management of the Company’s projects which include overseeing the coordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control and progress of the projects.
  • To conduct feasibility studies / cost estimation, conceptual design, design development and construction management.
  • Coordinate activities of site personnel to ensure project progresses based on specifications, schedule, within stipulated budget and in accordance with the Project Quality Plan.
  • Identify, evaluate and resolve problems at construction sites, lead and liaison with site personnel, contractors and subcontractors to resolve any matters arising.
  • To monitor, follow-up and liaison with local authorities / government agencies on submissions, approvals and compliances requirement.
  • To coordinate, liaise and attending meeting with consultants and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • To check and ensure the progress claims made by contractors are in order.
  • Provide timely reports and feedback to the Management.
  • Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural / Building, Science (Housing, Building & Planning), Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Urban & Regional Planning or any equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar capacity with good exposure in property development and construction industry.
  • Capable of managing multi-tasks within a project including planning, execution, supervision, monitoring, safety and quality implementation.
  • Possess a flair for property development, complete project cycle and strategic master planning including other aspects like feasibility studies, project management, marketing and authority's liaison.
  • Understanding of financial aspects of property development and construction and ability to monitor progress against project cash flow and expenditure.
  • Strong leadership and liaison skills with government agencies, local authorities, contractors and consultants to ensure smooth implementation of a project.
  • Ability to manage and supervise technical related matters, resolve detailing problems at site and facilities team and client meetings effectively.
