  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

  • Drive global process alignment and standardization, with adoption of Best Known Methods (BKMs) in the network
  • Manage change of implementation of new process/equipment/material which includes process specification, training material, and SOP.
  • Ensuring, monitoring and optimization of business processes with regards to efficiency and effectiveness, in close collaboration with site and global SMEs.
  • Define and drive global metrics to align on standardization efforts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience for junior role
  • Minimum 6 years of experience for senior role
  • Knowledge in Semi-conductor industry, with preference in electronic manufacturing (PCBA Manufacturing).
  • Knowledge of FMEA, QCP, lean manufacturing is advantageous.
  • Able to work independently and with less job supervision.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and lead teams
