Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough planning and research prior to preparation of copy content that covers all communications and other company platforms
• Constant discussion and planning sessions together with the Communications in order to meet the objectives set
• Have a good understanding of the health and nutrition needs of the target audiences as the company strives to meet its objective of Leading With Nutrilite
• Have a good understanding to the assigned consumer groups that company aims to increase its market penetration
• Work with relevant Stakeholders to plan and execute communication materials for special assigned projects
• Liaise with internal Communications team, vendor, and Stakeholders on Communication Dept’s monthly communication to ABOs (e.g. Monthly eDMs or other communication channels)
• Work with Innovation & Science Dept on government (e.g. Medical Association Board) approval for content related to vitamins and supplements, or as required by the government
• Assures copy adheres to proper spelling, grammar, and applicable style & brand guides
• Assures quality through consistent proofreading
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or other related fields with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience in publishing, editing or content creation
• Able to produce high-quality work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• English language knowledge and fluency is a must
• Effective time management skills with an ability to multitask and prioritise
