  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: -

1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent from a recognized institution

2. Good command of Mandarin – both verbal & written(MUST)

3. At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in tax, audit or accounts.

4. Possess good analytical skills, meticulous, positive working attitude, committed, good interpersonal skills and follow up skills.

5. Able to work independently under minimal supervision and able to work under pressure and meet deadline

6. Required Skills: Ms Excel , Word, SQL Accounting System

7. 3 headcounts are required: 2 based in Kuala Lumpur, 1 based in Melaka

Job Descriptions:

• Accountable to handle full set accounts, month end closing and monthly management report.

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing and yearly closing of account

• Ensure financial and management reports and completed and submitted according to the schedule, determined by the management

• Prepare inter-company reconciliation, bank reconciliation and monthly schedule (eg: fixed assets listing, prepayment, accruals listing & etc)

• Ensure accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness. Ensure accounting records and system are in compliance with company’s policies and in accordance with accounting standards and statutory laws and regulations

• Have experience in handling taxation and statutory accounts; liaising with the external auditors, tax agent, government and other professional bodies is added advantage.

• To communicate with all levels for daily related tasks

• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned
