Data Entry Executive (Marketing)

Roles & Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions

1. Data Entry and Maintenance:

• Input new information into database systems (could specify types of systems if known).
• Create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
• Update existing data and delete unnecessary files.

2. Data Review and Quality Assurance:

• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities if possible, and check the output.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

3. Communication and Collaboration:

• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies.
• Liaise with supervisors or other team members as needed.

4. Reporting and Documentation:

• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
• Scan documents and print files, when needed.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate in Mathematics, Analysis are encourage to apply.
• Required Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
• Microsoft Office.
• Training is provided.
• Prefer staying in Shah Alam /Klang.
• Can start work immediately.
• Candidate with excellent academic result and active in extra cocurricular activities are preferred
