A. Responsibilities:

  • Able to provide input to medical sales plans based on experience. Implement and execute action
    plans to achieve sales target for assigned territories.
  • Explore opportunities with targeted healthcare professionals to expand reach and access.
  • Achieve Good Selling Outcome to deliver on sales expectations.
  • Drive strategic approach align with brand strategy via territory business planning.
  • Monitor sales performance regularly and recommend territory action plans.
  • Plan and execute representative-led activities such as in-service training, and CME with
    customers.
  • Able to provide case support to healthcare professionals to understand the importance of service
    and support.
  • Key-in database report from the case support usage to monitor the market share trend, also to
    understand the competitors market.
  • Respond to customer orders and queries promptly. Able to prepare quotation/tender price, and
    delivery in timely manner.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products. Support internal
    stakeholders in relationship development with key customers.

B. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Have an experience in sales / clinical medical background 2 - 3 years
  • Familiar with hospital settings, especially in Radiology, Cath Lab and Operating Theatres
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Willingness to have alternate on-call or standby when necessary
  • Proactive teamwork abilities and effective communication skills
