Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze finance statements, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
  • Oversee day-to-day operation functions of accounting, human resources, and administration.
  • Implement and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Assist in financial planning and strategic decision-making processes.
  • Stay update on financial regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Liaise with the external auditor, company secretary, and tax agent to ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in taxes reporting if any
  • Responsible for payroll and recruitment.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and data accuracy.
  • Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in finance with a minimum of 2-3 years of combined experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good analytical & communication skills, resourceful, and able to work independently.
  • Strong ethics and integrity, with a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Possess initiative and able to meet deadlines.
  • Good team player with positive work attitude as well as able to work independently.
  • Bilingual in Chinese, English & Malay
