Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze finance statements, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Oversee day-to-day operation functions of accounting, human resources, and administration.
- Implement and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Assist in financial planning and strategic decision-making processes.
- Stay update on financial regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Liaise with the external auditor, company secretary, and tax agent to ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Assist in taxes reporting if any
- Responsible for payroll and recruitment.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and data accuracy.
- Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent.
- Proven experience in finance with a minimum of 2-3 years of combined experience.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good analytical & communication skills, resourceful, and able to work independently.
- Strong ethics and integrity, with a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
- Possess initiative and able to meet deadlines.
- Good team player with positive work attitude as well as able to work independently.
- Bilingual in Chinese, English & Malay
