- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Data entry and support other work-related reports
- Liaise with government department / other agency or companies for any company
registration / application or for work-related purpose.
- Arrange for accommodation / outstation travel for internal staffs.
- General office management
- Responsible for filing and hard copies of admin / statutory documents.
- Coordinating office activities and operations as compliance with company policies
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary

- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U,
Diploma or relevant working experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome or with proven experience as an Administrative
Assistant
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office will be added advantage
- High-level verbal and written communications skills
- Possesses hands-on attitude, confident, self-driven, results-orientated, and
articulate well
