- Draft and prepare resolutions, minutes, annual returns, statutory and related documents
- Ensure proper and timely lodgement/submission of statutory documents to relevant authorities in compliance with the Companies Act and other relevant law
- Handled secretarial duties with minimum supervision
- Liaise with clients and provide advisory services to clients on statutory and corporate compliance matters
- Keep up to date with regulatory changes
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as instructed by Superior and Management from time to time

Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Corporate administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in corporate secretarial practice
- Able to work under pressure, detailed, analytical, deadline-oriented
- Good written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills
- Proficiency in using Superior ComSec software, MS word, MS office
