Qualifications & experience

  • - Min Diploma - Min 3 years working experience in Customer Service sector. - Able to speak good English and bahasa Malaysia - Good Microsoft Office operations - Good Telephone Communication Skills. - Able to tackle work challenges. -

Tasks & responsibilities

  • - Calling our Corporate clients our Training Solutions - Updating Data of Corporate Client - Discuss Training Solutions with the Client - Work in a team - Conduct research with the client on Training Requirements - Update data in the CRM platform - Monitor call recording for qualified management
  • - Must be an effective team player. - Able to work in a fast-paced working environment. - Active team player.
