Responsibilities:
· Develop, plan and implement sales and marketing strategies to cultivate and capture new business opportunities
· To be accountable for delivering sales volume and profitability
· Prepare reports on Sales & growth results
· Responsible for planning of marketing activities with the aim of achieving revenue, service targets
· Participation actively in commercial activities such as air shows, events for new business developments
· Foster relations with existing and potential customers
· Visit customer, virtual, phone calls, communication with customer
· Achieve upon sales target and outcomes within schedule
· Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in any field
· At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Exposure and knowledge in the Aviation industry
· Experience in managing projects and ability to deliver within tight deadlines
· Proactive, resilient and highly-adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Strong in communication, coordination, analytical and multi-tasking skills
· Strong team player who is also able to work independently
· Willing to travel
