  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and prepare daily ecommerce (Shopee and Lazada) sales & operational administration functions including all types of reporting submission, filing, documentations and data maintenance.
  • Perform and generate weekly, month end, quarterly & year end promotion, campaigns, sales, financial closing & reporting.
  • Promptly respond to social media and online enquiries
  • Deal closely with Marketing Agency to improve Ads efficiency and leads quality & closing rate.
  • In charge of all incoming enquiries etc and reply PM and pass to relevant sales people if needed.
  • Support and create records for database on financial and other data.
  • Help packing e-commerce orders when necessary.
  • Any additional tasks and supports role as requested.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English and/or Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with mandarin speaking client; security industry knowledge preferred.
  • Fresh grad are welcome!
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, including technical proficiency.
  • Self-motivated team player with a focus on sales and customer relations.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
