We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, experienced, and qualified Secondary Humanities Teacher for January 2025. Sri KDU International School Subang Jaya is located in the outskirts of the safe, modern and vibrant capital city of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are a growing FOBISIA and COBIS associate member school, in our seventh academic year.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in teaching IGCSE Humanities
  • Experience working in international school setting is an advantage..
  • Teachers with a relevant degree relating to a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, PhD degree in Humanities Education.
  • English language fluency is essential and will be evaluated as part of the recruitment process.
  • This position is suitable for Malaysian candidates.

Skills needed:

  • Customizing and individualizing student learning experiences.
  • Grow the music program using creative, interactive, and engaging teaching methods.
  • Develop course curricula aligned to learning standards, create lesson plans with defined learning objectives, teach classes, and provide support to students in and out of class.
  • Capability to inspire and guide students in reaching their personal objectives.
  • Aptitude for motivating and instilling a passion for learning.
  • Excellent knowledge in teaching methodologies including differentiated lessons to cater to students of various musical level.
  • Adept at employing diverse assessment and feedback techniques.
  • Proficiency in analyzing student data to enhance academic performance

About the Role
