  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and updating long and short-term sales strategies.
  • Establishing sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and developing quotas for territories and the region.
  • Implementing new programs, sales initiatives, and strategies to capture key market segments.
  • Creating field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of regional sales programs.
  • Recommending service and product enhancements to improve sales potential and customer satisfaction.
  • Interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
  • Maintaining technical and professional knowledge by reviewing publications, participating in professional societies, and establishing personal networks.
  • Collaborating effectively with operations departments to ensure timely completion of work orders or scheduled deliveries.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Mechanical, Industrial Process, HVAC, or Safety Engineering. Experience in the safety business within civil defense, OGP, chemical, or HVAC industries is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Malay.
  • Willingness to travel to support projects or attend trade shows as needed.
  • A team player who is resourceful and able to work with minimal guidance under pressure.
  • Willingness to work overtime when targets or timelines need to be met.
  • Target-oriented and organized with strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
