Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day to day operations of the accounts department.
- Handle general ledger such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal, banking and any task related to accounts.
- Perform payments to vendors and suppliers upon stringent verification on all invoices.
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
- Assist in duties in relation with administrative as required from time to time.
- Any other responsibilities to be assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Min. LCCI Diploma / Higher qualification in Accounting.
- Possess good skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience will be an added advantage.
- Able to maintain confidentiality always.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Accounting System.
- Full-Time positions available
- Mandarin applicants preferable
