Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day to day operations of the accounts department.
  • Handle general ledger such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal, banking and any task related to accounts.
  • Perform payments to vendors and suppliers upon stringent verification on all invoices.
  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
  • Assist in duties in relation with administrative as required from time to time.
  • Any other responsibilities to be assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Min. LCCI Diploma / Higher qualification in Accounting.
  • Possess good skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience will be an added advantage.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality always.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Accounting System.
  • Full-Time positions available
