JSK Group's Hospitality & Tourism Division - JSK Borneo Reef - The Largest Reef Activity Pontoon in South East Asia, JPOD - The Largest Capsule Hotel in Asia, JSK Kawa Kawa River Cruise - Firefly / Proboscis Monkey river cruise, JSK Mantanani Island Resort - the Largest Resort on Mantanani Island, and the upcoming 5 star- Beach Resort acquisitions which cater for, amongst other activities, accommodation, FMCG, F&B, beach recreational sports, water theme park, diving, snorkeling, boat transfer, and other island resort centered activities, we are currently looking for experienced and dedicated individuals with the "CAN DO" attitude to join our family.

This position shall be based in JSK Corporate Office in Jalan Lintas, KK, Sabah.

Exposure to the hospitality/tourism HR industry is a prerequisite.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to assist the Senior Group HRM for the overall Hospitality & Tourism Division’s HR, Recruitment, IR, CSR, and Payroll functions and coordinating/liaising with other relevant Group Support Departments and branches.
  • Assist the Senior Group HRM to Plan, Organize, and Lead the overall Hospitality & Tourism Division’s HR, Recruitment, IR, CSR, and Payroll operations to achieve the Company’s mission and vision.
  • Ensure that all Hospitality & Tourism Division’s HR, Recruitment, IR, CSR, and Payroll operation activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in HR, Hospitality, Tourism, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • 5 years experience in a similar capacity & handling the full scope of HR, Recruitment, IR, CSR, and Payroll functions.
  • Must be able to communicate (read and write) in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and computer literate.
  • Exposure to HR, Recruitment, IR, CSR, Payroll, and ISO functions is a prerequisite for the position.
  • Must be experienced in various government licensing/permit requirements related to HR, Recruitment, IR, CSR, and Payroll sector.
