Requirement:
- Develop and strengthen key business objectives.
- Improve the buyer team's business relationship by serving as the point of contact to make sure operational matters are handled correctly.
- To achieve profitable expansion, negotiate with the channels for yearly contracts.
- Create a key account strategy, oversee its implementation (internal and external reviews), and ensure that company performance meets all objectives and budgets.
- Assist the promoter management team in overseeing the selling out and stock in the channel.
- Control the costs and expenses of your channels.
- Identify new opportunities for expansion and cultivate fresh sales opportunities through the channels.
- Work together with the supply chain and marketing teams to accomplish the KPI for sales forecast accuracy.
- Carries out additional tasks as needed.
Requirement:
- Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management from any industry, preferable from Home Appliances, Electrical products or FMCG, with exposure in trade marketing and distribution.
- Able to work in a team and with people at all levels of the organization.
- Good selling and negotiation skills.
- Outgoing, articulate and outspoken.
- Well verse in both English / Bahasa Melayu / Chinese / local dialects would be added advantage.
