- Process payments by cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment methods.
- Maintain daily records of transactions and provide accurate reports.
- Address customer inquiries regarding prices, billing, and payments.
- Assist in managing cash flow and end-of-day cash reconciliations.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all billing records.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
- Prior experience in cashiering or billing is an advantage but not required.
- Basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and billing software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
