About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will drive new business acquisition in Legal, Corporate, Government, and Academic sectors. You have a passion for whitespace sales and technology, which supports the Rule of Law.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting potential clients through cold-calling and building solid relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ensuring success in a demanding B2B sales environment by managing your own activity and opportunities.
  • Continuously learning about new technology and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Providing feedback to management on market trends and client needs

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B solutions sales to Mid market or Enterprise clients
  • Demonstrate prospecting, stakeholder management, negotiation, and closing skills
  • A background in legal practice or legal industry will be advantageous
  • Have expertise in cold calling and navigating gatekeepers to reach decision-makers
  • Experience in building and maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Have successfully worked in a demanding and profit-oriented B2B sales environment.
  • Be able to plan and manage your own activity and opportunities to ensure success
  • Have proven track record of building and maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Possess high-level of communication and presentation skills
