Working hours ：9am-5.30pm, Mon-Sat
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage warehouse storage, picking, inventory, returns, and related sections.
2. Optimize processes by allocating personnel strategically, aiming to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance satisfaction.
3. Conduct effective data analysis to achieve business data indicators.
4. Lead employee training and management efforts, fostering the development of a talented workforce.
5. Handle cross-departmental communication and coordinate effective problem-solving.
6. Handle any other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
Qualification
1. SPM and above.
2. Demonstrate prior management experience and willingness to work rotational shifts up to 12-hour (day & night). Preference given to candidates with leadership experience in the logistics industry.
3. Result-oriented with a preference for familiarity with e-commerce logistics, warehousing, and order workflows.
4. Exhibit strong on-site coordination skills, proactive and hardworking demeanor, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle significant work pressure.
5. Proficiency in English is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
