Job Description

Registration of patient

Ensure all new data of any patients are updated within 24 hours. Data includes changes in information of patients, status, funding and prescription.

Response to quotation requests

Responses to quotation when requested by patient or other section within 4 hours. The last request for quotation to be completed before the end of the day shall be any request received before 4.00 pm. Any SOP issued and in force shall supersede this.

Submission of Delivery orders to Finance

a. All Delivery orders must be submitted to Finance for collection.

b. To sort out all original DO send from warehouse to bill to funders.

c. Email and courier Delivery orders to respective hospital and follow up status of courier tracking.

Answering call, office stationery and filing records

a. Answering phone call include greeting callers, determining the reason for their call and routing them appropriately.

b. Ensure all office stationery needs by the department every month and keep records.

c. To sort, organize and maintain monthly department documents records accurately.

Management report

a. To review list of Delivery orders report given by superior and liase with Logistic partner if needed.

b. To prepare and update management reports status of Delivery orders.

Assist any ad-hoc task as a teamwork & Group duties

a. When requested by other section, dept heads, ensure full cooperation by your section immediately without objections. Any objections shall be raised to the superior office later for review.

b. When instructed by the superior officer to take on other tasks not listed above, to do so without objection.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess Diploma in Business Administration / Business Management / Statistics or equivalent.

2. Fresh graduation from Bachelor Degree is encouraged to apply. Candidate from Diploma holder required 1-2 years of relevant experience in similar role /position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
