As part of the team, you will play an important role in:

• Welcoming visitors, answering and directing phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
• Maintaining reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
• Operating standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a copy machine & etc.
• Recording, issuing and distributing uniform and stationery to staff
• Taking inventory of supplies and restock as needed
• Assisting in HR event organizing
• A back-up team for office cleaner
• Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

• Minimum SPM qualification
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
• Punctual with strong attendance history

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Expected Start Date: 11/01/2024
