Job Responsibilities:
- Support in HR & Admin functions, including recruitment, performance management, learning and development, industrial relations, staff welfare etc.
- Assist in data entry, employee records maintenance and preparation of correspondences.
- Support onboarding and training processes for new hires and current employees.
- Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Address employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and HR matters.
- Assist in disciplinary issues and appropriate disciplinary actions.
- Manage inventory levels of office supplies and assist in the maintenance of office and equipment.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and company events.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR management principles and proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
