Production Technician - Shah Alam (Ref: CA)

• Carry out production operation in accordance with the production schedule.
• Allocate the work force to get smooth operation such as prepared operation, material and packaging based on the approval by Production Management.
• Instruct the operator to achieve the production quantity as scheduled and quality in accordance with QMS requirements.
• Instruct the operator to carry out the production operation.
• Instruct the operator to control and maintain the good arrangement in the factory.
• Maintain the machines in accordance with Maintenance Department guidelines
• Report to Line Leader and Production Management on the machines condition.
• Prepare the production daily report and fill in production form
• Take an action for non-conforming and preventive measures.
• Carry out all human relation task under his control.
• Any other relevant responsibility assigned by the Leader and Production Management.
• Support Leader and team during mold change process.

Experience/skill requirement

• Machine maintenance experience is desirable.
• Quality control knowledge is required.
• Plastic compound manufacturing experience is required.
• Shift work
• OT

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
