Objective :

  • The Marketing & Brand Communications Officer will develop, manage, and execute marketing strategies aimed at increasing clinic awareness, patient acquisition, and retention.
  • This role is also responsible for ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels, fostering relationships with the community, and enhancing the clinic's public image.
  • The ideal candidate will be skilled in digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and branding initiatives.

Responsibilities :
1) Marketing Strategy Development

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote the clinic’s services and special programs.
  • Develop digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and Google Ads, aimed at driving patient acquisition and retention.
  • Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing plans for specific demographics.

2) Brand Communications

  • Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all marketing materials, including social media, websites, brochures, and advertisements.
  • Develop internal and external communications strategies to promote brand identity and awareness.
  • Act as the brand ambassador, ensuring that all communications align with the clinic’s values and mission.

3) Content Creation & Management

  • Create and oversee content for all marketing channels, including social media posts, blogs, videos, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Collaborate with the clinic team to develop promotional materials, brochures, posters, and patient education materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.

4) Community Engagement & Public Relations

  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, local businesses, and media outlets to enhance the clinic’s presence.
  • Organize and promote health talks, community events, and collaborations with external partners.
  • Handle public relations efforts, including media outreach, press releases, and crisis communications if necessary.

5) Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communications strategies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, and patient inquiries, and assess the return on investment (ROI) of various marketing efforts.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on marketing performance for management.

6) Patient Experience & Engagement

  • Develop strategies to improve patient engagement and experience, including loyalty programs, surveys, and feedback initiatives.
  • Use patient feedback and reviews to improve communication efforts and address any concerns.
  • Work with clinic staff to create a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with brand messaging.

7) Digital Marketing & Analytics

  • Manage the clinic’s social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) and develop content to grow the clinic’s online presence.
  • Utilize Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media analytics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and optimize future strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure the clinic’s marketing is cutting-edge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
