JOB PRINCIPLE

To implement, measure and improve the assigned Human Resources and organizational culture processes as well as manage the day to day operation of the office, security, cafeteria, amenities, medical, hospitalization and other ad-hoc matters.

JOB PURPOSE

  • To plan the needs and expectations of the organization operation strategy, to support for timely and adequately deliver and achieve the organization objectives.
  • To administer the effective and productive operation of office and other facilities. To ensure good functional office equipment, meeting and conference rooms, adequate supplies of stationary, etc.
  • To manage company fleet and necessary arrangement of transportation and travel.
  • To manage the function of clubs and associations. To ensure activities, internal or externally conducted, are in compliance with company policy and rules and regulations.
  • To manage medical and hospitalization processes. To explain and possibly train all employees with clarity the insurance entitlement and benefit coverage to prevent disarray and confusion.
  • To manage employees’ amenities and uniform. To ensure employees comply with the standard of work attire and always represent company in good impression.
  • To manage effective and hygienic operation of the cafeteria. To ensure cafeteria staff are in compliance with health and safety requirement.
  • To support and contribute towards the responsibility several HR & HCD Department activities as required.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Management with at least 5 years of experience in related field /or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent with at least years of experience in related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Office Managements and functions.
  • Well-verse in administration planning and costing.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
  • Integrity and confidentiality
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
