Job description
Responsibilities:
- Handle correspondence and liaise with customers such as customer enquiry, complain, faxes, email and shipping / delivery arrangements.
- To keep sales department and customers updated on delivery schedule.
- Attend to sales enquiries, price quotation, sales order, job order, invoice, DO and etc.
- To assist in prepare project costing sheet, sales monthly report, and handling incoming calls.
- Initiate and maintain effective and professional relationship with existing and potential customer.
- Responsible to provide operational sales support to sales team.
- Responsible for handling all ISO related issues.
- Maintain systematic filling system, safe keeping of important documents and ensure confidentiality.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when necessary.
- Ability to work independently with multiple task and priorities simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, responsible, committed and result-oriented.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
