Responsibilities to support the efficient management of the company’s vehicle fleet.

Ensures timely renewal and maintenance of vehicle documentation, prepares for and attends vehicle inspections.

Vehicle Inspection Preparation:

- Prepare vehicles and necessary documentation for inspections by various government regulatory bodies.

- Ensure vehicles meet all regulatory requirements prior to inspections.

- Attend vehicle inspections to facilitate a smooth process and address any issues that arise.

Driving Responsibilities:

- Drive company vehicles to and from government offices, inspection sites and other locations as required for administrative/repair tasks.

- Ensure all driving duties are performed safely and in compliance with traffic regulations.

- Perform routine checks on company vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and report any maintenance needs.

- Maintain good behavior while on the road.

- To record the used of vehicle in the Driving Apps.

Support and Coordination:

- Assist to Supervisor of Vehicle Management Unit and Administrator of Vehicle Maintenance Unit on administrative or vehicle operational task as needed.

- Coordinate with external government officials to facilitate smooth operations.

- Provide administrative and operational support as needed.

Vehicle Compliance and Roadworthiness:

- Ensure that all vehicles in the fleet are roadworthy and comply with government regulations.

- Conduct inspections and coordinate necessary repairs to maintaincompliance and safety standards.

Communication and Coordination:

- Facilitate smooth and harmonious communication within the Fleet Dept. and

branches, including suppliers, vendors, and regulatory bodies.

- Act as a liaison between the Fleet Dept. and other departments to ensure

seamless coordination and information flow.

Reporting and Feedback:

- Provide regular feedback and detailed reports to the Head of Fleet and Fleet units on any irregularities, discrepancies, or issues related to vehicle documentation and administration.

- Monitor and analyze documentation processes, suggesting improvements

to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirement

  • -Minimum PMR qualification
  • Valid Good Driving License (GDL)
  • 2 years on commercial vehicle driving experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
