PROJECT DESIGNER

JOB SUMMARY:

The Project Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing design solutions for various projects. This role involves collaborating with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that designs meet project specifications, budgets, and timelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design Development: Create and refine design concepts, sketches, and detailed drawings using design software.
• Collaboration: Work closely with clients and project teams to gather requirements, present design ideas, and incorporate feedback.
• Project Management: Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Research: Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design quality and innovation.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, reports, and presentations.
• Compliance: Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in project design or a related role.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and strong visualization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to address design challenges creatively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of detail and quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
