Job Description :
a) To provide professional skin / hair / body analysis and recommend suitable range of Aesthetic treatments & products to existing and prospective clients
b) To understand client needs and is able to answer product /service-related enquiries
c) To escalate the resolution of client problems and complaints in quick manner to maximize satisfaction
d) To establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationship
e) To keep client up to date with latest Aesthetic treatments and products and arrange appointment for future treatment and follow-up
f) To ensure all clients’ inquiries and complains are handled promptly and professionally
g) To provide high standards of client service
h) To achieve sales target with team
i) To manage daily appointment and remind clients’ appointment
j) To ensure all consent forms are signed before procedures and clients’ files are well documented
k) To prepare post-treatment medications / products and to advise client on post-treatment care
l) To take before and after photos of clients
m) To prepare daily treatment records / cards, keep up to date client information in the Client Relationship Management system (CRM), records all client concerns and propose treatment plans in the clients’ treatment cards
n) To assist in ad-hoc clinic activities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
